A computer with a dual floppy drive has two slots in which to insert a floppy disk.
Although several years ago this meant you simply had two of the same
kind of floppy drives so you could work from two different disks, it now
usually means that one of the drives will take a 3.5-inch high-density
floppy disk, and the other will take a 5.25-inch floppy disk.
